The Course Presents and Examines the Value of a Cognitive Game Theoretic Analysis of Common Organizational Problems. It Focuses on Situations in Which Adaptive Behavior of Individuals Leads to Social Dilemmas. We Will Explore Problems That Arise in the Work Place (Work Accidents and Free Riding) and Environmental Problems (Pollution and Traffic Jams). Models That Can Be Used to Capture and Derive Testable Practical Solutions Will Be Presented and Evaluated.
