The Course Considers Several Work-Style Constructs and Measures That Are Useful in the Study of Individual Differences in Work Related Behavior. Students Will Select One of the Styles for Intensive Study and Research.
The Following Styles and Measures Will Be Considered: Bales-Symlog System, Witkin - Field Independence-Dependence, Rokeach - Dogmatism, Adorno - Authoritarianism, Lefcourt - Internal-External Locus of Control, Eysenck - Extroversion-Introversion, Tough-Tendermindedness, Mcclelland - Achievement, Affiliation and Power Motivation.
