Determination of the grade according to progress during the semester and a final examination.

The Course Is Designed to Examine Multi-Aspect Factors Affecting Labor Mobility and Turnover with Particular Emphasis Upon Israel. Emphasis Will Be Upon Both the Theoretical and Substantive Aspects of Migration and Turnover. the Aim of the Course Is to Integrate Several Explanatory Perspectives - Namely Ecological, Economic, Socio-Demographic and Social Psychological - Into Understanding These Phenomena. Techniques Will Be Covered for Assessing Migration Differentials and the Impact Upon Many Facets of Both the Population of Origin and Destination.
