The Course Is Intended to Provide the Student with Basic Concepts and An Ordered Background for Understanding Typical Usages of An Electronic Management Information System. General Background Includes: Computer System Structure (Hardware, Operating Systems for Multiprogramming, Multiprocessing and Communications), Utilities, and Programming Languages. Interactive Systems Include: Data-Base Data Structures (Access Methods, Efficiency Considerations, Security and Reorganization). Applied Systems Include: Marketing Systems (Inventory, Suppliers, Customers, Accounts, Sales Analysis), Administrative Systems (Accounting, Budgeting, Costing, Payroll), and Production Systems (Bill of Material, Inventory Planning, Machine Loading, Costing).
