Group Level - Problem-Solving and Decision-Making, and Teams for the Purpose of This Course Is to Improve the Knowledge and Under Standing of the Human Side in Quality Assurance and Quality Management. the Focus Is on Processes Thatlead to Quality Improvement on the Levels of Individuals, Groups,and Organizations. on the Individual Level - Motivation, Values, and Cognitive Processes: on the Quality Improvement: on the Organization Level-Leadership for Quality, Organizational Structure and Processes, Organizational Culture, and Human Resource Management. These Factors Will Be Examined as Part of Implementing Organizational Change Towards Quality Improvement.
