Gene Editing by Crispr-Cas Revolutionized Molecular Biology, Agriculture, and Medicine. in This Course We Will Learn About Different Crispr Methods, and How Can We Apply Them to Diverse Biological Systems. We Will Learn About the Considerations When Designing Crispr-Cas9 Experiments, and Strategies for Successful Gene Editing Experiment.
1. Design of Crisprko-Ki in Different Model Systems, While Understanding the Necessary Considerations, Controls, and Alternative Approaches.
2. Knowledge of Advanced Crispr-Cas9 Based Methods, Including Crispr Large-Scale, Single-Cell, and Phenotypic Screening.
3. Knowledge of the Crispr Toolbox Beyond the Cut and Paste (Crispra/I, Base Editing, Fluorescence, Crispr-Rna and More).
