ASurvey of the Chemical Consequences of Exposure to Light: Reactions Will Be Considered in Terms of the Various Classes of Photochemical Processes, E.G.: Hydrogen Abstraction, Cycloaddition, Valence Bond Tautomerization, Etc. Attention Will Also Be Devoted to the Synthetic Applications of Photochemical Reactions. the Experimental Problems Involved in Photochemical Investigations Will Be Discussed, as Well as Various Physical Methods Employed in Elucidation of Mechanisms of Reactions and Structures of Products.
