Quantum Electrodynamics (Qed) - Properties of the Quantum Vacuum: Spontaneous Emission, Casimir and Unruh Effect - Particle Creation. Quantum Optics - Two-Level Systems Coupled to Classical Light (Bloch, Rabi- Ramsey). Three-Level Systems (Optical Pumping, Doppler Cooling, Slow Light). Cavity Qed, Cooperative Effects (Superradiance, Superfluidity, Bose-Einstein Condensation).
