Interactions in Solutions, Interfacial Tension, Wetting and Interactions Between Rigid Surfaces. Different Emergent Phenomena in Systems Ranging from Liquids, Colloids, Emulsions, Polymers, Liquid Crystals, Membranes and Granular Materials.
