Welcome to the Technion Graduate School. Before starting your registration process we recommend that you surf our web site http://www.graduate.technion.ac.il/eng/ and find out about our study programs and different academic requirements.

Please fill out all application forms, attach all the required documents (as listed below) and send it to:

  1. 2 Application forms, signed.  A field/study program has to be specified for the following departments:

    Civil & Environmental Engineering
    Industrial Engineering & Management
    Behavioral Sciences
    Electrical Engineering
    Aerospace Engineering
    Architecture & Urban Design
    Biomedical Engineering
    Master of Engineering (General)

  2. 2 photos. (passport size)

  3. Registration fee for the amount of $100 (by check only). A check should be written to "Technion-Israel Institute of Technology" (non-refundable).

  4. The following original Transcripts and Diplomas of previous studies (higher education) and tests, or authorized copies by either: the issuing university, a notary, the Technion Graduate School]:

    • 2 authorized copies of your diplomas
    • 2 authorized copies of your final transcripts including your grade point average (GPA). If you haven't finished your studies as of yet, please submit the latest transcript and GPA.
    • 2 copies of translation of your diplomas & transcripts into English/Hebrew. (Authorized by either: a notary, the issuing university) from a non-English university.
    • PhD candidates should submit 2 copies of transcript of both undergraduate and graduate studies.
    • PhD applicants and applicant for an MSc in computer science should submit  2 copies of their GRE scores.  (general test) All departments may require an applicant for a master degree to take the GRE test (general test).
    • 2 copies of an abbreviated syllabi. (optional but recommended)
    • 1 copy of scientific publications.  (optional)
    • 2 recommendations – to be sent directly to the Technion Graduate School by the recommenders

    MBA & Behavioral Sciences* applicants will also submit:

    • 2 copies of GMAT scores. (for MBA only)
    • 2 copies of your CV.
      * Applicants for Behavioral Sciences please contact the department prior to applying.

Phd applicants are required to find an advisor prior to registration. For details please contact the department of your choice through the Technion Graduate School web site.
MSc applicants for the following departments are required to find an advisor prior to registration:

  • Biology
  • Medical School
  • Material Engineering
  • Bio-Technology
  • Bio-Medical Engineering
